It’s obvious that we all need momentum in business, career, or life. We are soon discouraged when things stall.

When fire destroyed the Gloria Jean’s Coffees’ headquarters in 2002, the business had built up enough momentum to carry it through. Despite the hard work and difficulties everyone rallied quickly, there was real drive and enthusiasm to see the business re-built.
