Facilitator - Ingrid Gattari

Ingrid is 100% hands down, a people’s person. The study of human behaviour has been her passionate interest, her all-consuming hobby and is her life-long research project. She assists people to see their own potential, to believe in their future, to identify, see and overcome personal barriers to achieve a better outcome. She does this by training and equipping people with empowering information, skills and tools which enables them to get better results. Her most difficult project was and still is herself, as she believes whole-heartedly that leadership begins within the heart of the leader and that individual personal development is vital.

Ingrid has broad experience across a number of sectors and has worked in the fields of education, media and public relations, adult training and not-for-profit. Ingrid relates across the age groups, and has a heart for people facing difficult situations and to skill others to deal with difficult people. She specialises as a trainer, facilitator and coach in the areas of team, individual personal development, leadership and conflict resolution.
